Who are we?

Riddhi Siddhi Social Organization has been working since 2016 in rural and drought-affected regions. The organization focuses on women empowerment, child protection, education, health, water management, environmental conservation, and social justice through a community-based approach.

The organization began with rural development, water conservation, and environmental initiatives, and has since expanded into women’s leadership development, child protection, human trafficking prevention, and addressing harmful social practices. It continues to work for the empowerment of marginalized and vulnerable communities.

The organization is guided by the values of equality, justice, human rights, environmental sustainability, and community participation

Achievements

  • 2,000+ women trained in financial literacy, leading to economic empowerment

 

  • Community-based “Water Bank” initiative implemented in 3 villages for sustainable water management

 

  • Environmental conservation and water resource management initiatives through community participation

 

  • Nutritional and health support provided to 100 families under the Parasbagh program

 

  • 27 women-led skill development programs promoting self-employment and entrepreneurship

 

  • Intervention and legal support in 127 POCSO cases ensuring child protection

 

Rescue and rehabilitation of 11 children from human trafficking networks

  • Rural and water management programs implemented across 63 villages

 

  • Women leadership program involving 1,258 women; 7 elected representatives emerged, including 2 Sarpanch

 

  • Child protection volunteer network established in 100 villages

 

  • Mental health and psychosocial support provided to 25 children and parents under the ANMOL program

 

  • Formation of Child Welfare Committees in 100 villages

 

  • Financial assistance of ₹21 lakhs provided to 42 survivor girls under the Manodhairya Scheme

 

  • Community interventions against harmful practices such as Devadasi and Vighya-Murali systems

 

  • Prevention of 125 child marriages, ensuring education and safety of girls
